Dave Aftandilian I appreciate how the longer tracks really make you slow down and pay attention. The first makes me feel the monotonous chill of the wind scraping across the frozen tundra, yet also delight in the sunlight glinting like diamonds on the blowing flakes. The last feels like waiting for the snow to gently cover your entire body, softly entombing you into icy eternity.

justwintersynth A beautiful exploration of different winter synth sounds. I particularly enjoyed the tension that finishes out Whale Bones and flows into the 20+ minute final track, The Arctic Spine. Favorite track: The Arctic Spine.
